Vipera Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions 

1. Sponsor
   This giveaway (“Promotion”) is organized and sponsored by Frigid Dynamics(“Sponsor”). 

2. Eligibility

• The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States, Canada, the European Union, Scandinavia, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry. 

• Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or household member) are not eligible to participate. 

• The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. 

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete and submit the designated online survey provided by the Sponsor. 

• Limit: one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. 

• Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries, including through multiple or fraudulent accounts, will void all such entries. 

4. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on the launch time of the online survey on September 17th, 2025 and ends on November 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (local time of the entrant) (“Promotion Period”). 

• Entries submitted after the Promotion Period will not be considered. 

5. Prizes

• One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of Vipera electric skis (approximate retail value: USD $3,000). 

• Ten (10) winners will receive one (1) hoodie each. (total of 10 hoodies worth $500 dollars combined) 

• Delivery of prizes will occur in January 2026. 

• A prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or other alternatives. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Eleven (11) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

• Out of those eleven (11) winners selected: One (1) of those winners will receive a single (1) pair of Vipera electric skis and ten (10) winners will receive one (1) hoodie each. 

• The drawing will take place on or about December 1, 2025. 

• The winner will be notified via the email address and phone number provided at the time of entry. 

• The winner must respond to Sponsor within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 

• All participants must agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as Sponsor’s general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, to claim the prize. 

7. Publicity Release
   By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, image, and entry information for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• By entering, participants consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data (including but not limited to name, email, location, phone number, and survey responses) by Sponsor for the sole purpose of administering this Promotion. 

• Personal data will not be sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties, except as necessary to administer the Promotion (e.g., contacting the winner, shipping the prize). 

• Data will be processed in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. 

• Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting Sponsor directly at info@frigiddynamics.com. 

• Except for the winner (whose information may be published in accordance with Section 7), all entrant data will be deleted or anonymized within six (6) months after the Promotion ends.

9. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. 

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions. 

• All decisions of Sponsor regarding the Promotion are final and binding. 

10. . Release of Liability
    By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

    
    

11. Social Media Disclaimer
    This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform. By entering, participants release Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms of all responsibility.

    
    

12. Governing Law
    This Promotion and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts in the United States of America.
